Phil Robinson, CEO and Founder

Phil RobinsonPhil is a highly respected I.T. professional who has worked in, managed, and owned several I.T. service companies throughout his 15 years in the industry. Phil began his career at Diversified Computers in 1992 and, after gaining the trust and confidence of his clients with his technical expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction, he ultimately purchased its Utah operation and transformed the company into On-Site Computer Repair (OSCR), where he continued to steadily grow his customer base.

In time, as Phil and his staff worked with repair customers they noticed an increasing need for a more proactive, managed approach to I.T. services that could help companies prevent costly problems from occurring in the first place. In 2007, OSCR acquired i.t.NOW™, a managed I.T. services company, and adopted the name. This acquisition allowed Phil to realize his vision of providing a proactive solution that most companies can afford. Today, Phil continues to lead i.t.NOW to the highest levels of service by staying accessible to customers and being closely involved in the day-to-day business.  


Kristina Robinson, CFO, Partner

Kristina RobinsonKristina joined On-Site Computer Repair in 1999 as the AP/AR manager. As the company grew, she played a fundamental role in establishing billing and collection practices, overseeing human resources, managing operations, and developing company policies. Kristina‘s ability to effectively manage and grow these critical areas of the company led to her being named partner in 2000. Kristina shares Phil’s commitment to helping clients prevent costly problems through managed I.T. services and assisted with the transition from OSCR to i.t.NOW. Kristina continues to promote the values that made OSCR a success—an unwavering commitment to customers, a strong work ethic, and the unrelenting pursuit of better solutions.

 


Craig Vickers, Vice President of Sales, Partner

Craig VickersCraig Vickers is an established leader in the managed service industry. As partner at i.t.NOW he leads the company's sales and business development efforts. He has extensive experience in all aspects of technology and possesses a thorough understanding of a business's I.T. needs. He provides each client with the appropriate I.T. solution and the highest of customer service. Under his leadership, i.t.NOW has seen tremendous growth to their customer base. Craig was also instrumental in the final acquisition and merger of On-Sight Computer Repair and i.t.Now in 2007. He holds a degree from Brigham Young University.
