Service Level 2
Service Level 2 is our most popular option for companies with limited or no internal I.T. resources. In addition to the routine maintenance, anti-virus and data backup protection provided in Service Level 1, it also offers unlimited remote helpdesk support. i.t.NOW uses state-of-the art remote technology that allows technicians to resolve 80 to 90% of support requests without having to come to your office. Service Level 3
Service Level 3 includes all of the services in the Service Level 2 with the addition of unlimited onsite help. If we can’t fix your problem remotely, we’ll immediately dispatch a technician to your location. When you select Service Level 3, you don’t have to worry about your budget because you’ll know what your I.T. expenses will be every month ahead of time. i.t.NOW also supplies you with a “hot spare” computer that can be configured for any employee who’s had a hardware failure.
